Introducing EK Talent Exchange
Here's the state of our business in 2026.
Adding headcount is expensive. Quite frankly, you rather not if you can help it! However, in order to keep up with new business you've acquired or existing clients who want you to fill an influx of openings they have you need a more affordable option.
It's getting increasingly difficult to find "the one" for a lot of roles, which is delaying a hire by many weeks/months as has been the case for the past 3 years.
Business development may be sluggish or you may not like to do it, but want to/need to make consistent revenue.
Or you just want to add top-line revenue growth without having to acquire new clients.
This is the allure behind, NPA, Top Echelon and other split networks. They provide the opportunity to do the above. Having been a member of both they fall short in a number of areas that EK Talent Exchange rectifies! Also, EK Talent Exchange is not interested in doing all the other things those networks do either.
No monthly fees. 6% of the placement fee. 5% to us and 1% back to the top producing firms/recruiters on a monthly basis.
You're going to know who's working what jobs and the candidates that are in play for those jobs so no one's wasting time.
If you have a candidate for a job and thoroughly screen them and they're placed you get 50% of the fee, job recruiter 50% of the fee. If you only send a resume and the job recruiter has to do all the work, if that candidate gets placed you get 25% of the fee and the job recruiter gets 75% of the fee.
If you reach out to another firm either asking questions about a job, candidate etc. and they don't respond after 5 documented outreach attempts they're out.
We're going to ensure alignment of firms who want to become a part of EK Talent Exchange to ensure success. Meaning if your expertise is chemical engineering and if there aren't other firms who operate in that space, it may not make sense for you to come aboard.
